Our Story
Savariau founded Faire Diamond with the mission of delivering top-quality service.
One summer, my mom fell seriously ill. For 48 exhausting hours, my dad and I made countless phone calls, desperately trying to secure her prescription. I found myself trapped in a frustrating cycle—communicating with both the doctor’s office and the pharmacy, only to hear them blame each other. Hours passed. We drove from place to place, made call after call, and felt utterly lost. Finally, at around 10 PM, the prescription arrived.
Watching my mom suffer because of this incompetence was heartbreaking. It made me think about the countless others enduring the same struggle. Having worked in health insurance and witnessed similar service failures, I knew something had to change. That’s when I felt the calling—to create a company that prioritizes people, ensuring that no one has to go through what my family did.
At Faire Diamond, our mission is more than just service it’s about igniting change, restoring trust, and inspiring hope in every life we touch.
Meet Tina
While I loved working in-house as an executive coach for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more small businesses succeed. When I met Rose, I knew the opportunity had finally arrived. We quickly bonded over our desire to work with entrepreneurs, and within the year Bloom Coaching was born. We now have the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
Meet Rose
After working as a finance director at one of the top firm in New York City, I decided to take a break and look into starting my own business. With several years of experience working in business and finance, I wanted to create a program to guide dreamers through the first steps of starting a business. When I met Tina, our combined experiences helped us create a business coaching platform that has been tested and proven time and time again. We’re honored to have the opportunity to not only help you grow, but to help you bloom.
